How to create a portal account
- Go to the Intellichart Portal
- Create your account and create your password
- Contact our office to request a PIN. You can do this by email to [email protected] or by calling the office at 301-984-9490.
- Provide the name and date of birth of each child in the email
- Receive a PIN and add each child to your portal account
- For children, 18 and older, only your child can register and then she/he may authorize your access.
On this site, you will be able to access important medical and administrative information at your convenience.
To download the smartphone app, visit the Google or Apple Store and search for “Intellichart Patient Portal”.
